Hi Friends! I used to ignore the depth of my empathic energy because it sounded awful. So, I understand why there is quite a trend to make funny content about self-identified empaths. The abbreviated definition is an easy target.
What I didn’t realize was that it’s not really important if we are empaths, what’s important is that we understand how our empathic energy is expressed - that awareness can be life-changing. Our intuition and our empathic energy can work so beautifully together. Connecting to our unique energy creates a deeper connection to our intuition and how it speaks to us.
There is a lot of info out there but on today's episode I dive into the many ways we can express our Empathic energy. I also share stories from my Empathic journey & how I utilize all 4 types in my life and my 1:1 healing work.
