Hello Again! I hope September has been treating you kindly. I had some unforeseen circumstances come up and made me realize I needed a little bit of time to regroup my energy, before I could bring you something that I feel could be valuable to your daily life.
This week I felt called to offer a guided meditation to help you reclaim your energy. My inspiration came through my own meditation practice and I wanted to share with you. Calling back your energy and releasing any energy that is not yours, is a powerful practice. This could be at the end of every day or whenever you are feeling drained, extra preoccupied with others or maybe you’re experiencing looping thoughts of the past or the present. I hope you find it helpful!

Public commemoration of the tragic and painful history and ongoing impacts of residential schools is a vital component of the reconciliation process.”
