Hello Friends! I wasn’t sure if I was going to put out an episode this week. Things have been shaken up quite a bit for me personally but I did feel called to talk about how I deal with chaotic & turbulent times. Especially because the world around us brings its own turbulence as well. I chat about how the intuitive practices and self-care that I’ve prioritized over the last few years, have helped me to stay grounded and centred.
